  • Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods such as pet food, treats, and supplements (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Opened grooming or hygiene products (e.g., shampoos, brushes, dental care items).

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Approval & Return Instructions: Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
  3. Shipping the Item: Securely pack the item and send it back to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Processing Your Return: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
